Very good taste, but sadly, crumbly

The flavors are very good!!! Sadly, the texture is crumbly & dry, obviously GF. Mine sat outside for a short while (20 minutes), so maybe they just got too hot & dried out. But it is nice I didn’t have to bake them!!! (Owners, try Better Batter or GF Jules flour, both of their textures are superb for quick breads!)

Only okay

These breads all had okay flavor but the texture left a lot to be desired. Also they fell apart so badly it was hard to eat.

Sometimes chilling the bread a bit helps if it is crumbly.
