Amazing flour

I have tried many flours and had mostly dismal results. I got this flour and the cookbook as a gift and it has changed my baking life. The recipes are spot on, flavor and texture. This has turned my baking form a gamble to confidence that the item I am making will turn out great. So grateful🙏🏻

Made english muffins and some burger buns. The English muffins are beautiful. Just took the buns from the oven, not sure about them. Also made pancakes for breakfast, they were perfect.

My grandson’s diet is GF. I ordered on time and my order was sent back because of a label issue you had. The. I was told it would ship overnight and it wasn’t because apparently you don’t consider delivering on Saturday as overnight. So my grandson didn’t get his cookies, or bread, or anything else I make for him to have some sort of normal life. Sadly you don’t care!
