Outrageous Baking Flour

I love using the Outrageous GF flour! It works as a great 1:1 flour substitute for all-purpose wheat flour, with any funky taste.

Best GF (and DF!) flour around

I feel like I've tried them all and Outrageous is one of the two best flours out there for GF baking. It is my #1 go to. It's consistent across recipes, never gritty or gluten free tasting. I live in Colorado and think that because it is made here it is ideal for high altitude baking. I assume that is why my baked goods turn out well even when I'm just subbing for AP flour in a non-high-altitude recipe. I am certain it would be just as good at sea level, though! I buy it in 5 lb. bags because I cannot ever be without this flour.
