Our gluten-free chocolate zucchini bread is a moist and delicious sweet bread. You will never know it’s full of zucchini. Kids and adults alike will find it a great treat!  Each order contains 8 individually wrapped slices that freeze beautifully and are perfect for grab-and-go lunches!  The weight of the loaf is 30 ounces.

Delicious but Disappointing

Contains Monocalcium phosphate, Disodium diphosphate, Xanthan gum, sodium bicarbonate, soy, and 19 grams of sugar. People who are gluten intolerant need healthy options.

Hi JH, I am so sorry you were disappointed in our bread, we do our best to put clean ingredients in our sweet breads, no seed oils, non gmo, and no preservatives. The soy in the chocolate chips is soy lecithin which most do not have a problem with unless a strict soy allergy. The the Mono Calcium Phosphate is in an ingredient in Baking Powder, additionally Sodium Bicarbonate is baking soda. We do not have Disodium Diphosphate in our Chocolate Zucchini Bread as seen on the ingredients list on the website. We appreciate our customers feedback and what they are looking for in a product and do our best to accomodate as many variables as we can. Best, Pamela

I usually love this bread but this batch was dry. We still ate it but just not as good as prior batches.

Yummy but crumbly

I've been ordering for years. The taste is superb and the cake is moist. But for some reason this year all the loaves are super crumbly. They don't hold shape while eating. I still enjoy them, but a plate and fork are a must.
