Only okay

These breads all had okay flavor but the texture left a lot to be desired. Also they fell apart so badly it was hard to eat.

Sometimes chilling the bread a bit helps if it is crumbly.

Gluten free.

My granddaughter is gluten free. We explore options that look and taste good. Sometimes this is a challenge. So I explore the samples of each bread. My granddaughter prefers the chocolate, cinnamon, and others. So once we hit on two to three, we will move to the full loaves.
