Best 1:1 All Purpose Baking flour I have used

It makes the perfect cakes, muffins and gravy. I wish it would have a weight conversion on the back since I bake using weight no volume measurements, and I have not found the correct weight for a cup of this yet. And it's not in the cookbook either.

Amazing flour

Flour not flour

Made english muffins and some burger buns. The English muffins are beautiful. Just took the buns from the oven, not sure about them. Also made pancakes for breakfast, they were perfect.
