This is the BEST GF flour for baking! It bakes like regular flour and doesn't have the same GF texture as other GF flours. It is hard to tell that the baked item is made with GF flour. Thank you Outrageous Baking for having a GF alternative that really tastes good!

Great for our family where most of us are GF (Celiac). We sure this as a direct replacement to normal wheat-based flours, and Outrageous Mix works great in everything! Cookies, biscuits, pancakes, waffles, muffins, you name it! When shared with friends and family, they wouldn't even know it's GF!
