I haven't ordered in a few months, and remembered how convenient it was to have these to heat up for company or even to have as a solo evening snack. I have to say - either they are baking these to the absolute perfect moment, or the recipe has slightly improved, because they are better than ever! More moist and the taste is divine. I've always loved these cakes but now I would say they've gone from 10/10 to 11/10.

My package was left at the front door, which is fine. However, when I got home, a squirrel had ripped into the box & ate some of my bread! How can you have such flimsy packaging when you know it will be left outside? It was also 98 degrees & there was one very flimsy ice pack that was completely melted. The food was hot & inedible even if it had not been made inedible from squirrels. I will not be ordering again.

We ordered the Cinnamon Coffee cake as my husband is gluten intolerant and needs to put on some weight. When I opened the box, I was blown away by the intense fragrance of the cinnamon. It made my whole kitchen smell like I had just baked it myself. Then I took it out of the box and was amazed at how heavy the pre-sliced loaf was. We took out two slices and froze the rest. Opened the first slice, which was an end piece, and it was big enough for us to split. We both loved it. Had the second slice the next day. I'm trying to stretch it out so I haven't thawed any more yet. But I have sure been thinking about it. Best baked gluten free food we've tried to date. Thanks for making such a great product.

Awesome flavor! Doesn’t fall apart when you eat it like so many other gluten free breads I’ve tried. Love it!
