Made english muffins and some burger buns. The English muffins are beautiful. Just took the buns from the oven, not sure about them. Also made pancakes for breakfast, they were perfect.

My grandson’s diet is GF. I ordered on time and my order was sent back because of a label issue you had. The. I was told it would ship overnight and it wasn’t because apparently you don’t consider delivering on Saturday as overnight. So my grandson didn’t get his cookies, or bread, or anything else I make for him to have some sort of normal life. Sadly you don’t care!

This is the BEST GF flour for baking! It bakes like regular flour and doesn't have the same GF texture as other GF flours. It is hard to tell that the baked item is made with GF flour. Thank you Outrageous Baking for having a GF alternative that really tastes good!
