I always order at least 2-3 different loaves. The taste is great , not gritty like some gluten free, very moist. I got, pumpkin, cherry chocolate chip, and cranberry orange. Those are my three go tos!

I have celiac disease so to discover these delicious breads, the cookbook is awesome and the flour worked perfectly in my cake. Love this company. Am on the subscription program, I'll never run out of delicious food. Highly recommended them.

I truly enjoy the cinnamon coffee cake as it is so moist, soft and delicious. There are so many breakfast items I will not eat due to the consequences, and this option is my favorite. I look forward to a slice every couple of days. I am trying to savor this piece.

I've been baking with this flour for years and it works beautifully. My GF chocolate chip cookies are always appreciated and enjoyed!!!
I was picturing loaves that hold together well and this is not that. As soon as you fork it, most falls apart.
The taste is so good (only had lemon poppyseed and cinnamon so far) so that makes them worth it.
Maybe I’ll try microwaving, but the consistency is still a little gritty for the praise they’re getting.

I am so sorry that the loaves did not hold together as you would have hoped for. Gluten free can have a more delicate texture especially when you are trying for a light and airy product with a soft crumb. If you are not 100% satisfied happy to refund you for your purchase just shoot me an email.

The box the package came in was damaged but luckily the contents were ok due a large part to the good packaging with Bible wrap and the plastic content covering. Disappointed in the varied taste. While moist, they were also crumbled when you picked off a piece, I anticipated more and even tried them with tea and also offered to family and friends. I won’t be purchasing again. Good luck with your product.

I love these cakes! Just placed third order. My husband and I enjoy have a slice along with breakfast. I vacuum seal each loaf and take out a slice each morning. Just takes 10 maximum to thaw. I plan to always have some on hand.

Outrageous baking is by far the best!
I love all the baked breads the cinnamon coffee bread is my favorite. The flour is the only GF flour that I use for all my baking and cooking. Everything I make turns out perfect. My mother-in-law makes me her German spaetzle with this flour and no one can tell its GF. I Cannot live without this flour. Thank you Pamela for these amazing deserts and Best GF flour EVER!!!
